Nicely found (and snapped in the first place). I followed a Googlemobile down a local highway on a couple of occasions recently, but haven't yet spotted my car on Street View.

This amused me :) I don't think I've spotted (knowingly) the cars driving around and I doubt it would occur to me to take out my camera an snap it - I am not really up to speed on the photographing Google photographing us genre but I did like this. Hah, indeed :)

Ha. Saw all kinds of coverage of the spending review on the news here but missed this CBC story. We Canucks need to gloat sometimes - usually it's us hearing about how our per-capita research spending is on par with various third-world countries.

I know this post was from a while ago, but I wanted to weigh it in case you're still looking for an answer. "Spoon Theory" was put forth by Christine Miserandino and is an analogy frequently used to talk about one's limits, particularly those imposed by (invisible) impairments.

Ye gods. I cannot believe that anyone (let's name names - "Maxine") would argue that hitting "enter" should leave a blank line after the carriage return. For goodness' sake, I intentionally turn OFF the "after paragraph spacing" feature in Word (for example) unless I really decide I want it for a specific document.

I've pretty much abandoned reading all NN blogs now as a result of the other persistently-discussed issue (i.e., the obfuscatingly awful "log in then log in again and then one more time, why not" problem). What a waste of my time, which, of course, is highly valuable.

Sigh.
