During each hurricane season, there always appear suggestions that one should simply use nuclear weapons to try and destroy the storms.

After all, turning a huge, nasty, incredibly destructive storm into a huge, nasty, incredibly destructive and highly radioactive storm would make sense to people from a country that brought us 'Dumber and Dumber' and 'Jackass'.

Please feel free to take the piss mercilessly. They deserve it. Them and the ship they sail on.

yes, it is for real, and I'd love to find someone who has actually bought a ticket so that I can give them a good slap on back of the head for managing to a) skip any kind of education, however minor, and b) still managing to have too much money and free time on their hands.

You know, I did some stupid things when I was little. I think just about everyone does. But I doubt anyone I know was so completely, utterly clueless as to think think that doing this wouldn't have some really rather unpleasant consequences
