Attention to detail

I noticed for the first time today that the Time Machine icon goes counterclockwise…

Isn’t that just neat?

(and one day I’ll figure out how to embed movies in WP…)

  1. Surely it should only go counterclockwise when restoring – after all the MobileMe Sync icon goes clockwise while syncing.

    Even if the above assessment is wrong, I’d still like to know why doesn’t the icon next to the Time Machine Mounted Disk in the Finder’s Sidebar go counterclockwise, for consistency? Watching those two go round at the same time hurts my head.
