		<description>Uh, that wasn't Toulouse. There are cars burnt every day (!) - when my friend lost hers, she learned to her shock that there are some 500/day in France in a normal period - but the library business was in the same community (Villiers-le-Bel) where the accident between the police car and the kids riding a stolen scooter took place, killing the helmetless teenagers and setting the whole country on edge. Not that it's an excuse. You wake up in the morning and hear that on the radio, you think "those poor people" for all the folks who are just trying to commute to work in Paris from that town, as if they needed more hassle from the rabble-rousers.</description>
